Description

« Hide

The component should be able to display image of random characters (or from a select set of characters) for verification. It is very useful in some authentication process to make sure only human intervention is allowed.

This seems to me that it would be a fairly straight forward component for any developer to make. Maybe you'd like to try creating one and request that it be added to the sandbox project.

This should be created as a request to be added to the sandbox project.

However, there are many 'captcha' programs out there and it would be difficult to decide which (if any) should be used in a core Cooee component. Evidence would have to be provided that enough people would use it to warrant the effort required to implement it.
